What happens if the automatic payment doesn’t go through?
If payment fails, we will send email, SMS, and website notifications to request for a manual payment from you.
After 24 hours, if we still haven’t received a payment, we will notify you again.
If we haven’t received a payment by 11:59pm on Sunday before the Repeat Weekly Booking week is set to begin, we will cancel that week’s bookings. We will then notify both you and the Pet Sitter about the cancellation.
Your Repeat Weekly Bookings will resume the following week, provided we are able to process payment.
