If you or your Sitter need to stop your RWB booking for a period of time, you can manage this yourself by editing the booking and removing all the days you no longer need the service.
An example where this might be useful is over Christmas where you or the Sitter may be going away and no longer need a house visit or dog walk for a few weeks.
In the example below, the Owner doesn't need the regular Monday walk the week beginning 6 September. The Owner Edit's the booking to deselect Monday. They want the walks to resume as normal next Monday so put the restart date as 9 September. The Owner for the week of 6-9 September will not be charged for any walks, however, they will be charged on Friday for next week's regular Monday Walk.
When the Owner clicks Update, the Sitter will be notified of the change. The Paused Monday 6 September now appears in the calendar as shaded out.
You can only Pause bookings yet to be paid, should you want to cancel a booking that has already been paid you or the Sitter will need to submit a Support ticket to arrange a refund, please include the Booking Number in the subject line.
