These numbers are to help you understand where you can improve your Profile or service offering to increase your number of repeat clients. This information is private and will appear on your Sitter Dashboard.
The Repeat Performance data tells you how often first-time clients rebook with you in the last 90 days. If you haven’t booked any clients again numbers won't appear. The breakdown by Service Type helps you understand where most of your repeat clients are coming from. If you do not offer a Service Type it will not appear.
We know many Sitters are interested to see how they are performing against their peers. The local average is calculated from all the Sitters in your postcode and the neighboring postcodes (a 10km radius from your location. Regional Areas will include a minimum of 10 Pet Sitters).
How will this information help me?
Many of our Sitters know that repeat clients are easier to manage than constantly meeting new Owners and Pets. By providing exceptional care for their Pet, Owners will be more inclined to book with you again. Here's a couple of tips to help increase your opportunities for repeat bookings.
- Communicate with clients early and often, including sending photo and text updates to give them peace of mind.
- Learn as much as you can about the pet before the booking begins. Complete a Meet & Greet, and ask relevant questions to set the right expectations and provide the best care.
- Contact previous clients before the Holiday season to see if they need your care again.
- You can rebook for clients using our rebooking feature to lock in the next time their Pet needs care
