Booking Performance data is designed to give you information about:
Bookings you have completed,
Enquiries you've converted to paid bookings,
Enquiries you have responded to.

Is the number of bookings (across all Services Types you offer) completed in the last 90 days. The smaller number is the local average number of Bookings completed.
We believe this number is one of the most powerful stats a Sitter can have. It allows you to understand how many enquiries you convert to paid bookings. Sitters who do the following will generally have a Higher Booking Rate:
- Responding quickly to all enquiries - our best Sitters respond in less than 10mins.
- Regularly updating your Calander - will reduce the chances of you having to decline enquiries
- A detailed description of your Service Offering - including your experience, what to an animal/Owner could expect when they stay with you and any animals that you do/don't accept.
First Booking Conversion
This number shows how effective you are at turning a prospective Owner into a paid booking. The same behaviors that increase your booking rate also help increase your chances for converting a prospective Owner into a paid booking.
The average time it takes to respond to an initial enquiry from an Owner.
Bookings with Reviews
We know that Reviews are a great trust builder for prospective Owners looking at your profile. They give Owners an opportunity to see what their animal may experience in your care.
- Thank them - we ask all Owners to complete a review upon completion of the booking
- Ask for a Referral - offer to help anyone else that they may know who would benefit from your Services.
- Ask for a review - if they don't leave a review, ask if there's any feedback that they can offer about your Service.
