How do I get paid for a booking?

After the end of the booking the Pet Owner will be prompted to 'Confirm the end of stay'. Once they have done this you will be able to redeem your payment. If for some reason a Pet Owner doesn't confirm the end of stay it will be automatically confirmed after 7 days. 


To redeem your payment you will need to follow these steps: 


1. Log into your Mad Paws account and go to your Account Overview; 




2. In your Account Overview you will be able to request your payment by going to either Balance or Request Payment;



3. To request your payment you will need to redeem your balance. If you are doing this for the first time you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment details (either your bank details or PayPal account);



4. Once you have redeemed your Balance, you will see that Redeemed Amount Pending Approval on the right-hand side of the screen. This means that Mad Paws is processing your payment. 



5. Mad Paws will then process your redeem request and make a payment to you. 


6. You will receive an email once the payment has been made to you. 


Once your Redeem Request has been submitted it can take up to 5 business days for you to receive your payment, depending on the bank you are with. If you have any enquiries regarding payments please contact us at service@madpaws.com.au.
