After the end of the booking the Pet Owner will be prompted to 'Confirm the end of stay'. Once they have done this you will be able to redeem your payment. If for some reason a Pet Owner doesn't confirm the end of stay it will be automatically confirmed after 7 days.
To redeem your payment you will need to follow these steps:
4. Once you have redeemed your Balance, you will see that Redeemed Amount Pending Approval on the right-hand side of the screen. This means that Mad Paws is processing your payment.
5. Mad Paws will then process your redeem request and make a payment to you.
6. You will receive an email once the payment has been made to you.
Once your Redeem Request has been submitted it can take up to 5 business days for you to receive your payment, depending on the bank you are with. If you have any enquiries regarding payments please contact us at email@example.com.
