If you have not yet paid for your booking, you can cancel the booking very easily. To do this, head to your Bookings tab and select the booking that you would like to cancel. Then click on Booking Details.
From here, click on the Cancel Booking button. This will cancel the booking request you have with a Pet Sitter.
To cancel an upcoming booking which has already been paid for, you will need to email the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then organise the cancellation and refund for you. When a Pet Owner cancels a booking, the Pet Sitter's chosen cancellation policy will apply. As a result, the amount refunded will be subject to the Sitters' chosen cancellation policy.
