How do I pay for my booking?

To pay for a booking with a Mad Paws' Pet Sitter, you will need to follow the steps below: 


1. Log into Mad Paws and go to your inbox. Click into your approved booking that you wish to pay for.



2. Once you have clicked into the booking, you will then see a bright pink Make Payment button on the lower right hand side of your screen! 



3. To make a payment, fill in your emergency contact details, then proceed to pay via credit card or PayPal



4. The page will then ask you to confirm your payment - click the 'Pay' button and there you go! Your booking is now paid and confirmed.



5. You should also see a 'Payment Successful' confirmation on your booking page. 



Once the payment has been processed you will receive an email confirming this. Now you are all good to go ahead with your booking! 


You will need to make the payment through Mad Paws to make sure you have locked in your chosen Pet Sitter. By paying through the website this also makes sure that your booking is fully covered by our insurance and you have access to our customer support team throughout the booking.
