How do I pay for my booking?

To pay for a booking with a Mad Paws Pet Sitter, you will need to follow the steps below: 

1. Log into Mad Paws and go to your Bookings

Note: If you have a lot of booking requests you can filter your requests to “Approved” to find the booking you wish to pay for.

 


2. Once you have clicked on View Booking Details, you will be taken to a new page. In the lower right corner of your screen, you will find a green button labelled “Make Payment”. Click on this button to be taken to “Payment Confirmation”.

 


3. To make a payment, fill in your emergency contact details, then proceed to Pay by Credit Card or PayPal. 


4. The page will then ask you to confirm your payment. Click the “Pay” button and there you go! Your booking is now paid and confirmed. Alternatively, click “Use Another Credit Card” to change your payment method. 

Once the payment has been processed you will receive an email confirming this. You are now set to proceed with your booking

You will need to make the payment through Mad Paws to make sure you have locked in your chosen Pet Sitter. Paying through the website also ensures that your booking is fully covered by our insurance. You will also have access to our Customer Support Team throughout the booking.
