Depending on the stage of you booking, you can still modify the dates of the booking request. If you have not yet paid for your booking, you can still modify the dates of the booking. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Mad Paws Account;
- Go to Inbox > Current Bookings;
- Click on the Sitters Name;
- Scroll down and click on Modify booking button. This is located under the Booking details on the right hand side of your screen;
- Select the new dates you would like to book;
- The sitter will then need to approve these new dates, and then you can go ahead with your payment.
When a booking has already been paid for, you are unable to modify the dates. If you wish to add some additional dates to the booking then you will need to create a new booking with the Pet Sitter for the additional dates. The Pet Sitter will then need to approve this and then you can make a payment for the additional dates.
