How do I make sure the Pet Owner is happy and relaxed whilst I care for their pet?

There's one simple answer: photos, and lots of them! This is a strict requirement set by Mad Paws. Unless otherwise specified by the Owner, we insist that photos, videos, and updates are sent to the Owner on a daily basis.

Owners love receiving daily updates on how their fur babies are doing. Sometimes it might feel like you're overloading them with photos and videos - but we think the more the better! 

This also ensures that the Pet Owner knows you're with their pet during the times specified in the Meet & Greet. It can also avoid any negative reviews after the booking, which can affect your profile ranking on the website.
