App not working?

Sometimes the app might have some issues loading - this can be due to many factors but we want to help you resolve the issue and get it up and running asap!

Please try the following suggestions in this order:


  1. Go to Setting
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Find Mad Paws and delete data/cache
  4. Delete the App and Reinstall

Apple (iOS)

  1. Delete the App and Reinstall 

It still isn't working?

  1. Email us on with the following details:
    • Phone Model 
    • Operating system version
    • Screenshot of where the app is stuck
    • If you are on Wi-fi or 4G (try switching between the two to see if it works on one or the other)
